6. Custom Orders and Production Approval
For custom umbrella orders, production usually begins after the buyer confirms the quotation, artwork, sample, payment, and final order details.
The buyer is responsible for checking and approving:

- Pantone colors or color references

- Size and structure
- Fabric color
- Printing position
- Packaging details
- Quantity
- Shipping information
Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may result in extra costs and extended lead time.
7. Artwork and Intellectual Property
The buyer must ensure that any logo, brand name, trademark, design, image, slogan, or artwork provided to YJ Umbrella is legally owned by the buyer or properly authorized for production.
We are not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted materials, or third-party intellectual property.
Unless otherwise agreed, product photos, samples, technical information, and manufacturing content created by YJ Umbrella remain our property. We will not publicly display a customer’s confidential custom design if a confidentiality agreement or written request has been confirmed.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed separately for each order. Common payment arrangements may include deposit before production and balance payment before shipment.
The order will not be considered confirmed until the agreed payment has been received. Delayed payment may delay sample making, production, inspection, or shipment.
Bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and intermediary bank fees are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
9. Production Lead Time
Production lead time depends on product type, quantity, material availability, logo printing complexity, packaging requirements, factory schedule, and approval speed.
Any lead time provided before final order confirmation is an estimate. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed schedule, but delays may occur due to material shortages, artwork revisions, public holidays, weather, customs inspection, logistics disruption, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping arrangements are handled according to the agreed trade terms, shipping method, destination, and order details. Available shipping options may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, or other international logistics methods.
Delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, peak season, holidays, port congestion, or force majeure events.

Claims caused by incorrect buyer-approved artwork, wrong shipping information, misuse, improper storage, or normal production tolerance may not be accepted.
